Product images are subject to change. Manufactures reserve the right to change their products without prior knowledge, however SDScooters will make every effort to properly reflect any changes. Due to constantly changing stock of parts & accessories images may not be identical.

Product Use Please read all instructions thoroughly before attempting to operate or use any item purchased. This includes all items purchased from us. If you have any questions on what to do or do not understand the operating manual provided by the manufacturer please call us. We are here to make sure your experience is a good one and will do our best to explain how to operate your new motorized vehicle. We are not responsible for any damage caused by mistreatment or incorrect operation.
Use Restrictions: All items are intended for persons of 13 years or older unless specified. please check local and state regulations for additional information. All motorized vehicles are sold as toys and are intended for use on closed course / Private Property / racing and for persons 16yrs or older unless otherwise indicated..
Returns & Exchanges Are available under the following conditions

Incorrect Item Purchased If you ordered the incorrect item please call us for exchange instructions - please have the following available when calling: part purchased, the original part a metric ruler and the vehicle the item was intended for. Please also familiarize yourself with the rest of our policies and then call us - see contact
Incorrect Item Received If we have shipped you the wrong part please call us for instructions - please have the following available when calling: part purchased, the original part a metric ruler and the vehicle the item was intended for. We do our best to ship the correct item the first time but occasionally mistakes are made or specifications are changed. We may require your assistance to make the necessary corrections. Returns Only 100% NEW unopened items in the original packaging may be returned.
***Please note - many manufacturers do no allow returns. When this is the case no returns are allowed.
Additionally: If you have ridden, fueled or started the vehicle it is considered used and is nOT returnable. A restocking fee will always be charged for any returned item. We want you to be happy with any item purchased from us, please call before purchasing and one of our experts will help you make your purchase decision. Return Authorizations
A return authorization number MUST be issued for any item to be returned. Return Authorizations & instructions will be communicated to you ONLY via email with NO exceptions - Any item returned without an RMA will be considered a gift and no refund of any type will be made. To receive one of these numbers please email us within 1 week of receipt or your package click here for RMA instructions.
Return for exchange authorizations - if you made a mistake in ordering we will be happy to exchange the item and will in most instances waive the restocking fee. You will need to call us to arrange for shipping payment. Return for exchange Authorizations are NOT RMA's, If you return an item without arranging for the replacement items shipping the return will be considered a gift and will be donated to a local charity. click here for Exchange Authorization instructions.
Cancellations Canceling an order must be made via email - we require a written account of any cancellations. We also suggest that you call us to confirm receipt of your email, a voice mail message is not recommended for cancellations or confirmation of cancellation. You must contact us within 12 hours of order placement. If your item has already shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges - sometimes we are too fast. - PLEASE NOTE: Do not attach anything to this email. It will not reach us if you do. This includes smiley faces, company logos, signature images, forwarded emails or any other email attachment. It is your responsibility to communicate with us in the above manner. - see contact
Defective Merchandise Please read all instructions thoroughly before attempting to operate or use any item purchased. This includes any item purchased from us. If you think your purchase is defective please contact us, one of our representatives will assist you. You may also call the manufacturer. A listing of manufacturer contact numbers is available here. Please be prepared to help diagnose the suspect item, many times a loose wire will cause a motorized vehicle to not work as expected. We are not responsible for damage caused by mistreatment or incorrect operation.
Shipping Damage Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping please email us here to report the damage. You must contact us within 48 hours. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) at the delivery location because the shipper will come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper. FedEx can be reached at 1-800-463-3339. We will gladly ship a replacement when a claim number from the shipper is issued indicating that the goods are damaged beyond repair - refunds will be evaluated on a case basis and will not occur until the shipper has finished investigating the claim (usually within 2 - 6 weeks of filing date). Reimbursement Policies Please read these instructions thoroughly!
• It is recommended that you return the item via FedEx insured.
• Please keep a copy of the FedEx receipt and tracking number, this is your protection if the item is lost or damaged.
• Your account will be credited in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time we receive the item being returned (we check in and test all buyers remorse items).
• Keep all original packaging, warranty card instruction booklets, paperwork, etc... Please clean the item being returned, it should be as clean as it was when received. (You are responsible for making sure this is done and will be charged if the item is returned is less than new condition)
• You will be charged a 30% restocking fee if all packaging and parts are not returned in new condition. This includes instruction booklets, original boxing and parts. This charge normally covers the cost to replace the items and the time incurred in doing so.
• All "gift with purchase" items & packages, starter kits, and gift packages must be returned in full with the purchased item. If any item is missing, has been used or is opened the full retail price of those items will be deducted from the credit amount.
• All canceled orders will be refunded by check or to your online account at our discretion within approximately 2 weeks from the time of cancellation
• We recommend that you send us an Email notifying us of the delivery of your returned item. This is to ensure both that we are aware of your items delivery and for you to know that you have completed your responsibilities in the returning the item.
Shipping Information Please note that it may take 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) before your package is shipped. It may take a couple of days longer if the item is out of stock, is a special order item, or is drop shipped from the manufacturer - an email with shipping confirmation will be sent to you in most instances.
Also - We will not ship a vehicle until we have spoken to you and reviewed the item with you - an email will be sent to you requesting your call, if you do not call your item will be held pending your response. Multiple item orders will nearly always ship from several warehouses. If this is the case you will not receive tracking for all packages. The packages may arrive on different days via different carriers. We will always attempt to ship via the fastest method when the cost is not significantly different so that your packages are received quickly. Sometimes this is not possible and you can expect up to a 7 day difference in arrival times.
• Starter kits & Promotional items are shipped and packaged separately from the motorized vehicle. You should receive the tracking number for the vehicle but not the additional items via e-mail. This could result in receiving your merchandise on different days. Some items may ship via USPS.
• Some small items may ship via USPS and will therefore not have a tracking number available, all will have a shipping delivery confirmation number.
• Some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will not receive an automated tracking number. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
• Shipping included on specified products is available in the contiguous US only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, et.
  • To ensure quicker shipping please make sure that your billing address and shipping address match. If the addresses do not match your order may be delayed for further verification.
For orders over $100 USD we require that the addresses match. this especially applies when the item ordered is a motorized vehicle. if you would like to ship to an alternate address we ask that you please call us to make the order or simply update your credit card records with the additional shipping address. - see contact
Expedited Shipping Will incur additional handling fees
• FedEx Air Shipments: If ordering an item that has to go Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Air shipping please make sure you place your order before 12:00 PM PST to help ensure that it ships that day. We do our best to make sure all priority air packages are shipped the same day. However we cannot guarantee that air shipments placed will ship that day. Please give us a call if you need a priority package shipped and you are ordering after 12:00 and we will do our best to get it out the door. - see contact
• Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are subject to FedEx or USPS policies.
Saturday delivery is only available for FedEx Express or UPS Next Day Air and must be specified at the time of ordering. No expedited shipments are delivered on Saturdays unless otherwise specified.
• "In Transit" times provided by FedEx and USPS are based on business days and do not include Saturdays or Sundays.
International Orders We no longer ship outside the USA.
There are companies that specialize in purchasing goods from the USA and then shipping to most countries. Google is a good source for locating these.
Purchase Agreement In Purchasing from SDscooters and Affiliated Businesses You The Purchaser Agree To Our Policies And Procedures. This agreement applies to both phone orders and Internet orders. When purchasing from SDscooters you are implying that you have read and/or been satisfactorily informed and posses full understanding of these Policies, Procedures, Warranties and Responsibilities. This agreement supersedes any agreement you have with outside organizations and businesses when conducting business with SDscooters
  Right Of Refusal. SDscooters reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or any portion of any order at any time. You will be refunded promptly for the appropriate amount in this case.
  Completion . Internet and phone orders are not to be considered sale transactions until shipment is made
Warranties All of our products have a full conditional manufacturers warranty solely in the continental United States. Warranty issues must be dealt with directly through the manufacturer with which the warranty is held. Allocation of shipping and handling charges lies with the discretion of the manufacturer with which the warranty is held. Shipping & handling is non-inclusive of warranty.

• All Warranties provided by Manufacturers are "Parts Only " warranties - This means you will be required to perform basic diagnosis and repair of item(s) purchased - this applies to all vehicles purchased from this site
• many manufacturers require registration within a certain amount of time otherwise your warranty will be void. please read all materials included with the shipment.
• All Warranties require that you read and follow the product instructions. Additionally you may be required to have the vehicle assembled an maintained by a professional for the warranty to remain in effect.

Extended Warranties
• Are available on select models
• Coverage is limited to manufacturer defects as explained by the manufacturers warranty with the same general limitations.
• This is also a parts only warranty, you will be required to return the defective part, provide all labor for repairs and diagnosis. Full technical support is always available by phone and email.
•  All shipping costs associated with this extended warranty are the customers responsibility
• Performance products DO NOT have any warranty or guarantee - You take all responsibility for any damage and injury when installing and using these products
Warranty NOTES:
• A Shipping and handling fee will be applied to all warranty replacement parts shipped from SDScooters
• Warranties do not extend to accessories parts or normal wear parts such as gaskets, batteries, lights, belts, tires, inner tubes, etc.
• Electric & Electronic parts ordered online, by phone or email are final sales. If calling to order please have the original part in hand, a metric ruler and the vehicle in front of you.
• SLA Batteries have a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Note: this is only for loose batteries purchased - batteries included with a vehicle are covered under the vehicle warranty.
• Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. All damage claims must be issued within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please note most of the gas powered items we sell are tested at the manufacturer. Due to this testing you might find gas or oil residue on/in new items. Most manufacturers will include a small sheet of paper stating this. We only sell new items only unless clearly stated and understood by the customer.
Liability Disclaimer By purchasing from SDscooters you are agreeing to these conditions:
• You are responsible to use the item purchased as was originally intended by the manufacturer. Liability Insurance is provided by the manufacturer - they should be contacted immediately if there is a problem

Cardholders will also be reported to Trans Union, TRW and CSC Credit reporting agencies, and all collections agencies as seen fit by company.
