SX600 Battery Wiring DiagramS

The SX600 battery pack is no longer being manufactured and/Or imported. We have however found a battery that fits the scooter with 90% Of the range ( you loose approximately 5 minutes of run time).

the original batteries consisted of 2 long batteries, stacked one on top of the other, that were straped together 2 per side ( total of 4 individual batteries ). our solution places two batteries end to end in the same space and also requires Four individual batteries.
Notes:
• You will need to keep the old battery connectors if you still want to use the original ports (P1 & P2 above image).
• the batteries listed below are a VERY tight fit but will work ( note - you will loose the option of easily removing them for external charging).
• your old connectors should be attached to the new pack at the twist connectors indicated above.
• all wiring indicated above is a copy of how your scooter is currently wired. You will need to carefully duplicate the existing wiring on your new pack.
• The original battery charger and charge port are suitable to be used with the new batteries.
